When you are selling your home, curb appeal is always important, regardless of the season. The exterior or curb appeal of the home will give the potential buyer a good idea of what they can expect from the interior of the home. Begin by mowing the lawn, diagonally, if possible. During the home sale process, be sure to water the lawn and the gardens, so they look their best. Keep bushes, shrubs and trees pruned back from the house, sidewalks, driveway and walkways. Make sure the house numbers are visible from the street.
