A pool is a great selling feature, especially if you are selling your home during the summer months. Tips to making a pool a selling point include keeping it sparkling clean, debris free and make it look like a resort style pool. Put lounge chairs around the pool, add plush towels to them and add a few blooming flower containers. If you have a table and chairs by the pool set it up with beach chic placemats and place settings.
